Mountaineering Scotland recognises that climbing and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.

Payment is due in full to confirm a booking. Thank you.

If for any reason WE cancel (for example due to extreme weather conditions), we will endeavour to reschedule, or refund your payment. We are not liable for any costs that you may incur.

If YOU cancel then we will refund you !00% if more than 2 weeks notice, 50% if more than 1 weeks notice, and 10% if less than 1 weeks notice.

1. You must be over 18, or be accompanied by a designated responsible adult over 18. Please contact to discuss.
2. On booking you agree to provide us with relevant information including contact details, and any relevant medical history or conditions. This information will be destroyed at the end of the activity.
3. You will be suitably equipped in line with any equipment list issued to you after booking. Feel free to contact us to discuss.
4. The leader of the activity will make decisions that take into account terrain, weather and mountain conditions, and the preparedness, capability and fitness of the party. Any such decisions are final .By booking an activity with mountainology.pro you agree to follow all instructions issued by the leader of your activity. In the event that you chose to ignore any such instructions then you will be deemed to have concluded the activity.
5. We expect that our clients will respect others participants, the leader, other parties, and the environment. We reserve the right to curtail activities if clients do not behave appropriately. Everyone deserves a friendly day!
