• any relevant medical history, and emergency contact details from you to ensure your safety during the activity.

In the event of an emergency we may share relevant information with relevant agencies such as Police, Ambulance and Mountain Rescue. Otherwise we will not share this information and will delete it upon completion of the activity.

We will seek your consent prior to including you within any photographs or video, and your consent to publish any such images. 

If you chose to subscribe to mountainology.pro you agree that we will retain your email address and may send you occasional emails until such time as you may chose to unsubscribe.
